John has over 25 years in public accounting with 3 regional / local accounting firms.  During this time, he has devoted most of his time to providing tax services for corporate and individuals, audit services, financial reviews and compilations for small and medium size companies.

His client’s industries have included dealerships, manufacturing, financial institutions, and wholesaler dealers.  John has extensive experience in planning for special situation such as mergers, buy-outs, liquidations, and other business capital transactions.

John is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. from the Commerce of Business school in Accounting.
